Mele Kalikimaka

Today Brenda’s ashes were laid to rest in Brompton Cemetery in central London. She was buried with many old friends (some of which are shown here) a small lobster and some Nova Scotian beach.

Her headstone had been in place for a while but, it has been tricky to synchronise diaries with term dates and work commitments for the interment.

Brompton Cemetery is a Royal Park of tranquil natural beauty whilst also being a busy and bustling thoroughfare. I think she would have approved.

There is a nice cafe and I urge as many of you as possible to go and pay her a visit.

A corner of some foreign field that will forever be Nova Scotian.

Her What Three Words location is below

  1. How perfect for Brenda. Some peace and bustle was what she brought to our work together. I will visit, wearing our matching sisterhood hoodies ❤️

  2. How lovely to know that Brenda’s ashes have been laid to rest very close to where one of my daughters lives and in the beautiful setting of Brompton Cemetery. I will look forward to visiting her headstone and paying homage to a wonderful person who I know is so dearly missed. Wishing you all peace in your hearts.
